1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RetiPie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. The service

RetiPie is a mobile-first platform for indie games. Players discover and play games in a phone-friendly feed; developers upload their game bundles for review, hosting, and mobile distribution.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must consent on your behalf.

4. Creator content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant RetiPie a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, display, and promote your content on the platform.

You are responsible for the legality of your content. See our Content Policy for prohibited content.

5. Creator access

Creator access is intended to be public when available. We may adjust upload requirements, review rules, feed placement, and dashboard capabilities as the service evolves.

6. Moderation

We review uploads before they reach the feed. We may reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates our Content Policy, applicable law, or App Store and Google Play guidelines, with notice where practical.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not upload or share content that is hateful, sexually explicit, excessively violent or harassing, and do not harass, threaten or impersonate other users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms and suspend or ban the accounts responsible.

7. Termination

You may close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse reporting systems, or create unacceptable risk to the platform.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetiPie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
